Leppic Knives Damascus Chef's Knife
A chef's knife in roughly 200-layer 1075/15N20 carbon steel damascus with a stabilized curly birch and juma handle, made by a small Finnish knifemaker. The 187 mm blade tapers from 4 mm at the heel to 1.5 mm near the tip and ships with a birch plywood edge guard.
